Just some photos of the pups. Bonus Ryan photo!

Hi guys. I really don't have much to say. Nothing new on the job front. Does anyone feel like they are just existing? Kind of floating out there and not making the most of things? Boy, do I feel like that right now. While I am reading, studying, going to seminars to educate myself on Estate Planning, I don't feel very motivated to actually do an aggressive job search. Plus, DH and I have been drinking WAY.TOO.MUCH. in the evenings. The weather has been really nice so after work, we take the pups in the backyard and have a cocktail or five. My neighbor Sally comes over and we chit chat for an hour or so and there are more cocktail. Don't get me wrong, I love the evenings. It's just that I think the booze really has something to do with my motivation levels. That and I need to get back in the gym. I am much more motivated when I am working out regularly. Hmm, maybe I did have something to say after all.

Anyway, onto the pictures. My best friend is a professional photographer and she took these of my guys. I love the picture of Bear. It so captures his personality. They didn't scan realy well as she sent me the prints not digital files. I would highly recommend clicking on Ryan's photo for the full effect. His eyes are blue against the black and white.

I knew you would love the one of Ryan. I personally think she should submit that to a Ragdoll or cat photo contest.

I agree. That picture is beautiful. And not just because of Ryan. The picture itself and what it captures is just awesome.

Oh how effin' cute! They are all great, but I love the one with the puppies sticking their head out the door!

*wetnosesmooches* for the pups & *scritches* for Ryan

All great pics, but, you know, I have to love the one of Ryan just a little bit more.

I agree...these summer nights are perfect for a drink or two in the balmy evenings.

I am so in love with your adorable pets! I love the b&w of the two pups!

We are dog sitting for Rosie, my sister's golden retriever (I have a pic I'll post tomorrow). She's a sweet, smart dog that LOVES tennis balls more than anything. In fact, she won't go to the bathroom in the morning until I've thrown her the tennis ball once. And since she's locked in our house all day, she HAS to go to the bathroom. Thus, it ensures we play ball, even in the drizzling rain. Thank cod for the Chuckit.

Breezy, there are times that Ryan is just a pinch over the top. For instance, in the morning when he doesn't have any food in his dish. His meows become like 10 seconds long. Count that out. It's a long time and IRRITATING. LOL!

Kim, I sent you a pm about TS stuff. Just let me know what I should do.

We have a chuckit too. When we first got Bear I was throwing the ball. My shoulder and arm got to be so sore!! So I went to the pet store and got one. When I let them outside in the evening they run over to the table where the chuckit is, sit down and just stare at it. Bear will NOT leave that table until you throw that ball.

So are you enjoying having a pup around the house?

*gets out cat carrier*
*buys plane ticket for the whiner Ryan*
*drops him off at the airport*

Is his name going from Ryan-kit to Ryankrz?

I like Ryankit. :)

He's a funny one. He'll wetboop (with his nose) your arm or hand and whereever his nose touches you, he then has to lick that spot. I would imagine if he had hands, he'd be a nose picker. LOL!

My boy cat feels the need to clean himself every single time we pet him. I'm starting to take it personally. He's a clean little thing. Poopy on the other hand is a sloppy pig. She doesn't cover her poop, she slurps when she drinks anything and she refuses to clean herself.

I would like for you to come to my house and take black and white pictures.

Pretty please.

LMAO that Ryan would be a nose picker :-)

Ok, I have to ask. What is a chuckit?

NOOKIE!! I AM SHOCKED!! That is so unladylike! *snort*

And go here: www.chuckit.com It's a handle that fits a tennis ball so you can throw it further to tire the dog out.

Boo, sorry but my best friend took them. She's really good with kids to. Her site is www.kellystremmel.com Go to Portraits and then to kids.

Absolutely GREAT photos. (Particularly loved the one of the twosome peeking through the door.) And, yeah, I know what you mean about how life is going and how you and dh are "dealing" with it. Guess we just have to keep going. {HUG}
