SOLD!! SOLD!! SOLD!!
The house went on the market Wednesday, four days ago. First showing was this morning at 10:00am. The first person to see it, bought it for $1,000 OVER asking price with a clause that they would go $500 over, up to $10,000 above, to counter any other offers. Even better, I have less than left a month left at work!!!! DH's first day at his new job is August 27th. Our closing date is August 31. By the end of Labor Day, we will be living in North Carolina. Can you guys even believe we made this happen?!! I am in a complete state of shock. All this from a trip to Vegas. We fly down July 27th to look at homes in Charlotte.
In other news, I have an echocardiogram and stress test on Wednesday because the chest pains are getting worse. :(

Hopefully this will take much of the stress and chest pains away. I vote for dumping the job NOW and taking a month off before you move to pack and get ready and rest and relax.
