Update: House hunting and health.

First off, my echo and my stress test were normal. No issues. Boy oh boy, watching the valves of my heart open and close on the computer screen made me absolutely ill. Yikes.

Soooo, as you all probably guessed, the pains are all stress related. Good grief. They now have me on Prozac and Xanax. I hate that I have to be on this stuff but anything to bring me down a couple levels. Geez. As I told Kim, there are times when I am so jacked up that I feel as though I've had 50 cups of high test coffee and am literally vibrating. Not fun. I think part of it is because I am still working and only a few people here know that I'm leaving so I still have to hide it and that stresses me out. I have some news on TEE but I'll wait until next week for that. Oh and my last day here is either August 10th or August 17th.

Tonight we are flying down to Charlotte to go house hunting. We have spent WEEKS pouring over maps and MLS listings looking for the right house/area/subdivision, etc. We have 6 or so 'favorites' and 15-20 'possibilites.' Hopefully, we'll have a contract in place when we fly back Sunday. I'll post lots of pics. :) Wish us luck!!

I can't wait to hear about TEE. *waits*
Pretty soon your stress level is going to change so hopefully you can get off the meds then. *hugs*
August 10th is Augie's birthday and August 17th is Nookie's. Just thought I would mention that.
*smooch*

Augie's birthday is in August? Wow. :-)

*hop* I can't wait til you come back with house news. We'll help you pick which one if you can't decide!

Why can't you tell everyone you are leaving? Sounds like some fun office politics involved.

Buying a new house would sure take my stress level down! It sounds like you have really done your homework - I hope you find a great house on your first expedition!

Everything here is a buyer's market this summer, with lots of houses just sitting there and waiting for a buyer. Is it a buyer's market in Charlotte too?

This is a good time to buy a house. N.C. stands for "New Calmness."

Hey there. Sorry, I am just now catching up on all of this.

I had major anxiety issues last year, which is when I started taking Lexapro.

I'm sure things will calm down after all of this is over.

*sending lots of hugs*
